All strength tests focus on foundational, functional strength essential for top athletic performance across every sport.

Access to a weight room and the ability to film each lift for verification.

Speed & Conditioning

Designed to measure acceleration, endurance, and overall athletic performance.

Shuttle Sprint

Short Sprint

Long Run

Requirements:
Access to a track or yard-marked field and the ability to film each test for verification.

Jumping & Change of Direction

A series of change-of-direction, jumping, and cutting drills designed to test speed, agility, and explosiveness.

Broad Jump

Cone Drill

Box Jump

Requirements:
Access to a field or turf, cones, measuring tape, and the ability to film each test for verification.
